Acceptance

Using the site

By accessing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Permitted use

What this site is for

This website exists to describe what Stonework does and to receive private briefing requests. You may read it, link to it, and submit accurate information through the briefing form.

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, submit content that is unlawful or infringing, attempt to disrupt the site or its underlying systems, scrape it programmatically without our written permission, or use any part of it to train a model without our written permission.

Intellectual property

Our content

The wording, design, marks, and diagrams on this website are owned by Stonework or used with permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them outside fair-dealing or fair-use rights provided by applicable law.

No engagement is formed

Briefings vs. engagements

Submitting a briefing request does not create an engagement, a contract, or any obligation on our part. Engagements are only formed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Anything described on this site - outcomes, timelines, operating standards - is illustrative of what an engagement is built to deliver, and is superseded in every case by the terms of that signed agreement.

No warranty

The site is provided as is

We take reasonable care with this website, but it is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is current at every moment.

Liability

Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonework is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

How we handle information

Information you submit through this site is handled in accordance with our privacy notice.

Governing law

Where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
