Stonework Operations Limited (“Stonework”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of any personal information you provide through this website. Questions can be sent to privacy@stonework.ai.

When you request a private briefing, we collect the name, email address, business, and the description you submit. We also retain server logs for the request (timestamp, IP address, user agent) for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

We do not use advertising trackers. The website uses a single local-storage value to remember your light or dark mode preference; this never leaves your browser.

We use the information you submit to evaluate whether your operations are a candidate for an engagement and to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in qualifying inbound briefing requests, and - once you have received a reply - on the basis of taking steps at your request to enter into a potential engagement.

Submissions are stored by the operational systems we use to run our business - at the date of this notice, this includes our website host, our email provider, and our internal records. Each of these processors is bound by data-processing terms appropriate to its role.

If a briefing does not lead to an engagement, we keep the submission for no longer than 24 months and then delete it. If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by tax and contractual record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@stonework.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We will update this notice when the way we handle information changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
